BRUT Vino Spumante "Turnié"
It is an accurate selection of grapevine cultivated on vineyards hills.
Exposure: East - south/east
Grapevine: Arneis and Chardonnay.
Soil Type: Medium texture characterised by sand and clay.
Vinification: hand picking in mid-August and beginning of September. Soft pressing of the grapes and must fermentation at controlled temperature (15°-16°C), the sparkling wine is produced applying the Martinotti method (or charmat) for 9 months
Ageing: 9 months in autoclaves and 2 months in bottle
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with green hues. Rich fresh fruit-forward fragrance of bergamot, green apple, pear and acacia flowers. It has an enticingly fresh and pervasive taste with a long lingering finish.
Longevity: 3/4 years.
Alcohol Content: 12% - 12.5%Vol
Serving Temperature: 6° - 8°C.
