Grapevine: 100% Nebbiolo.
Soil Type: Calcareous marl of medium texture.
Vinification: soft pressing at controlled temperature at 18°C.
Ageing: it is preserved in stainless steel tanks till bottling during the spring season. It follows a short bottle ageing before being drunk young.
Tasting Notes: pleasantly fruity and fresh, it has a dry and well-orchestrated taste that is extremely versatile in cuisine.
Longevity: 2 years.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% - 13.5%Vol
Serving Temperature: 10°- 12°C.
