It is an accurate selection of grapevine cultivated on our own vineyards in Castellinaldo d’Alba e Canale hills.
Exposure: South - south/west - west.
Grapevine: 100% Arneis.
Soil Type: Medium texture characterised by sand and clay.
Vinification: Selection and thinning out of the exceeding bunches at the beginning of August. Harvesting during the first ten days of September. Direct and soft pressing of the grapes, must fermentation at low temperatures (14°-15°C) for 20/30 days. Ageing « sur lies » for 7/8 months. Bottling at the beginning of the following summer.
Ageing: 1 month in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with green hues. It has acacia and chamomile overtones with memoirs of apple, pear, citrus and exotic fruit. It has a fresh, slightly sapid and soft taste.
Longevity: 3/5 Years.
Alcohol Content: 13,5% - 14,5%Vol
Serving Temperature: 8°-10°C.
Food Pairings: Cocktails, starters, first courses and vegetable soup, fish dishes.
