Dry red wine produced with grapes from the vineyards of the municipality of Castellinalo d’Alba’s.

Exposure: South - south/ovest

Grapevine: 100% Grignolino.

Soil Type: Medium texture characterised by sand and clay.

Vinification: Traditional vinification with maceration of the skins for about 7-8 days and regular stirring of the must.

Ageing: after the racking the wine ages in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: thas a ruby red colour with delicate garnet red hues and memoirs of blackberry.

Longevity: 2/3 years.

Alcohol Content: 12.5% - 13.5%Vol

Serving Temperature: 14°- 16°C.

Food Pairings: Traditional Piedmontese starters.
