Soil Type: calcareous marl characterised by sand and clay.
Vinification:ruby red color, the nose is vinous and fruity with hints of spice, black pepper. The taste is dry, soft, slightly tannic with a slightly almond aftertaste and lively.
Ageing: 12 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: It has a ruby red colour with purple hues, red fruit-forward and jammy bouquet with light floral overtones. Fresh, well-balanced and lingering taste.
Longevity: 6/8 years.
Alcohol Content: 13,5% - 14%Vol
Serving Temperature: 14°- 16°C.
Food Pairings: goes well hot appetizers and soups, even ravioli, tortellini.
