Grapevine: Arneis, Chardonnay, Manzoni and Vioniero mix.
Soil Type: Calcareous - clayey.
Vinification: The vineyards are located in an area with a good altitude and for this reason they are able to give this white a great drinkability and unique typicality of its kind.
Ageing: 2 month in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with green hues. It has acacia and chamomile overtones with memoirs of apple, pear, citrus and exotic fruit. It has a fresh, slightly sapid and soft taste.
Longevity: 2 Years.
Alcohol Content: 12% - 12,5%Vol
Serving Temperature: 9°-10°C.
